每一件作品，皆承載我們對細節與工藝的堅持。

自您收到商品之日起，我們提供 終身品質保固服務。
本保固分為「一年內免費維修」與「終身付費維修」兩種情況。

一年內免費維修

自收到商品日起一年內，若因 製作工藝本身所導致的瑕疵或結構問題，
例如：

  • 非外力造成的鑲嵌鬆動

  • 扣件本身結構異常

我們將提供免費維修服務。

（需經我們確認為製作工藝問題）

終身付費維修服務

為讓作品能長久陪伴，我們提供終身修護服務。
以下情況可申請維修，將酌收工本費：

  • 人為因素造成之損壞

  • 正常使用產生之自然耗損（如刮痕、氧化、褪色）

  • 鍍金層隨時間自然磨損

  • 因接觸化學物質、水分或外力造成之損壞

  • 商品或配件遺失

我們亦提供 重新鍍金服務。
一般工廠多不承接少量鍍金，但我們將持續為客戶提供修護選項，延續作品生命。

重新鍍金與進階修護說明

我們提供重新鍍金服務，以延續作品的使用壽命與光澤質感。

由於不同商品之設計結構與金屬面積有所差異（如戒指、吊墜、項鍊鏈條等），
重新鍍金之費用將依實際品項與施作範圍評估後報價。

部分款式於鍍金完成後，可能涉及額外工藝處理，例如：

  • 字樣重新雕刻或描金

  • 鑲嵌重新固定

  • 補鑽或細部修整

上述工藝將依實際狀況另行報價。

為確保最佳修護效果與準確報價，

Each piece reflects our dedication to detail and craftsmanship.

From the date you receive your order, we offer a Lifetime Care Program, divided into:

  • One-Year Complimentary Repairs

  • Lifetime Paid Repair Services

One-Year Complimentary Repairs

Within one year of delivery, we offer complimentary repair service for issues resulting from craftsmanship, including:

  • Stone settings loosening without external impact

  • Structural defects in clasps or hardware

All cases are subject to inspection and confirmation.

Lifetime Repair Services

To ensure your piece can accompany you for years to come, we provide lifetime repair services beyond the first year. Service fees may apply for:

  • Damage caused by wear or human factors

  • Natural wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, fading)

  • Natural wear of gold plating over time

  • Damage from chemicals, water, or excessive force

  • Lost items or components

We also offer re-plating services to restore your jewelry’s original finish.

Re-Plating & Additional Craftsmanship

Re-plating fees vary depending on the item’s design and surface area (rings, pendants, chains, etc.) and will be quoted individually.

In some cases, additional work such as re-engraving, stone resetting, or detail restoration may be required and will be quoted separately.

We kindly recommend contacting us prior to requesting re-plating for an accurate assessment.

Soleil Healing reserves the right to make the final determination regarding all warranty and repair services.
