當您完成訂單後,系統將自動寄送一封訂單確認信至您的 Email。

本品牌商品分為「現貨」與「預購/客製商品」,處理時間如下:

▸ 現貨商品
訂單將於 1–3 個工作天內完成處理並安排出貨(不含週末與國定假日)。

若加購特定服務(如客製處理),
將需額外 2–7 個工作天進行處理後出貨。

▸ 預購/客製商品
依商品製作流程不同,
製作時間約為 20 個工作天至 1.5 個月不等

  • 訂單成立後恕不接受修改(包含款式、尺寸、收件地址等)

本品牌戒指標準尺寸為 US 5.5 – US 7.5

若訂購尺寸 低於或高於此範圍,將視為「客製訂單」

  • 客製尺寸商品一經下單,恕不接受取消或退款

  • 製作時間將依客製流程另行計算

將可能依商品備貨狀況進行分批出貨

旺季期間,訂單處理與配送時間可能延長。

商品一經交由物流公司配送後,
實際運送進度將由物流公司負責,
本品牌無法控制或保證配送時效。

At Soleil Healing, each piece is prepared with intention and care.
Our products are categorized into in-stock items and pre-order / custom-made pieces, with the following processing timelines:

▸ In-Stock Items
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If additional services are selected (such as custom finishing),
please allow an additional 2–7 business days prior to shipment.

▸ Pre-Order / Custom-Made Pieces
Production timelines vary depending on the design and materials,
generally ranging from 20 business days up to approximately 1.5 months.

Please note that all timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production progress.

Order Notes

  • Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified (including item selection, size, or shipping address)

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase

▸ Ring Size Policy
Our standard ring sizes range from US 5.5 to US 7.5

Orders placed outside of this range will be considered custom sizing

  • Custom-sized pieces are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed

  • Production timelines will follow the custom order schedule accordingly

▸ Split Shipments
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items,
your items may be shipped separately based on availability.

Available options include convenience store pickup and home delivery (postal service, Black Cat, SF Express, etc.)

▸ China / Hong Kong / Macau
All shipments are fulfilled via SF Express

  • Express Service: approximately 1–6 business days

  • Standard Service: approximately 1–2 weeks

Once your order has been dispatched,
you will receive a tracking number via email.

You may monitor your shipment at any time using the provided tracking link.

05|Shipping Delays & Liability

Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Peak seasons and high shipping volumes

  • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

During peak periods, both processing and shipping timelines may be extended.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier,
Soleil Healing is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Soleil Healing is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

The order will be held and may be re-shipped upon confirmation.
Any additional shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
