Soleil Healing 提供多元且安全的付款方式，實際可使用方式將依您的所在地區於結帳頁面顯示。

▸ 台灣地區（透過綠界金流）

目前支援以下付款方式：

  • 信用卡 / 簽帳卡（Visa / Mastercard / JCB / UCard）
    ※ 部分銀行提供分期付款（依發卡銀行為準）

  • ATM 轉帳 / 網路 ATM（虛擬帳號）
    ※ 將提供專屬虛擬帳號進行付款

  • 超商條碼付款（7-11 / 全家 / 萊爾富 / OK）
    ※ 單筆上限 NT$20,000

  • 超商代碼付款（7-11 / 全家 / 萊爾富 / OK）
    ※ 單筆上限 NT$6,000

※ 使用超商付款（條碼 / 代碼）者，
付款完成後系統入帳時間可能需 1–3 個工作天，因此請不必擔心尚未收到付款成功通知。一但我們收到款項將立即為您準備訂單。

▸ 中國地區 / 跨境付款

  • 支付寶（Alipay）

  • 微信支付（WeChat Pay）

  • 中國境內銀行轉帳

▸ 國際顧客

  • PayPal

※ PayPal 交易所產生之手續費將由顧客自行負擔

※ 目前尚未開放國外信用卡直接付款，相關服務將於未來逐步開通

02｜付款幣別與匯率

本網站商品價格將依地區顯示對應幣別。

  • 人民幣（RMB）目前採固定換算：以新台幣 ÷ 4.5 計算

  • 其他幣別將依國際匯率進行換算

※ 實際付款金額仍以結帳頁面顯示為準
※ 若涉及跨境交易，發卡銀行可能收取額外手續費

03｜付款完成與訂單成立

訂單將於付款成功後正式成立。

成功付款後，您將收到訂單確認 Email。

若付款未完成，訂單將不會成立，商品亦不予保留。

04｜付款失敗處理

若付款未成功，可能原因包含：

  • 信用卡授權失敗

  • 餘額不足

  • 系統或網路異常

台灣地區發票服務尚未開放，

客製商品（包含客製尺寸）一經下單後，
恕不接受取消或退款。

其餘退款將依品牌退貨政策處理。

所有付款皆透過第三方安全支付系統處理，
本網站不會儲存您的完整信用卡資訊。

01｜Payment Methods

Soleil Healing offers a range of secure and convenient payment options.
Available methods will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

▸ Taiwan (via ECPay)

We currently support the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Card (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / UCard)
    Installment plans may be available depending on your card issuer

  • ATM Transfer / Online ATM (Virtual Account)
    A unique virtual account will be provided for your payment

  • Convenience Store Barcode Payment (7-11 / FamilyMart / Hi-Life / OK)
    Maximum per transaction: NT$20,000

  • Convenience Store Code Payment (7-11 / FamilyMart / Hi-Life / OK)
    Maximum per transaction: NT$6,000

For convenience store payments (barcode / code), it may take approximately 1–3 business days for the payment to be confirmed.
If you have completed your payment but have not yet received confirmation, please rest assured. Once the payment is received, we will begin processing your order promptly.

▸ China / Cross-Border Payments

  • Alipay

  • WeChat Pay

  • Domestic bank transfer within China

▸ International Customers

  • PayPal

PayPal transactions may include additional processing or currency conversion fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

International credit card payments are currently unavailable and will be introduced gradually in the future.

02｜Currency & Exchange Rates

Product prices are displayed in the relevant currency based on your region.

  • RMB (Chinese Yuan): Currently calculated at a fixed rate (NTD ÷ 4.5)

  • Other currencies: Calculated based on real-time international exchange rates

Final payment amount is subject to the total shown at checkout.
Additional fees may be charged by your issuing bank for cross-border transactions.

03｜Payment Confirmation & Order Processing

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

If payment is not completed, the order will not be processed and items will not be reserved.

04｜Failed Payments

Payment failures may occur due to:

  • Card authorization issues

  • Insufficient funds

  • System or network errors

We recommend:

  • Trying an alternative payment method

  • Contacting your card issuer for further assistance

05｜Invoices & Payment Receipts

Currently, invoices or official payment receipts are available only for orders placed within China.

Invoice services for Taiwan are not yet available and will be introduced in the future as part of our operational development.

06｜Refund & Payment Policy

Custom-made items (including custom sizing) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is placed.

All other refunds will be handled in accordance with our return policy.

07｜Payment Security

Soleil Healing values your transaction security.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
We do not store your full credit card information.

08｜Important Notice

Please ensure that all payment information is accurate and completed within the required timeframe.

If payment is not completed, the order will be automatically cancelled and items will not be reserved.
